The cardholder agrees that the Mission College ID Card is the property of Mission College and can be confiscated from bearer as a result of inappropriate conduct or abuse. Use of the Mission College ID Card is subject to all terms, conditions, rules and regulations. These terms and conditions are effective immediately and remain so until written notification is received. Mission College shall mail or deliver a written notice at least thirty (30) days before effective date, any change in a term or condition if the change would cause increased fees or charges; or increase liability for the cardholder. Prior notice need not be given where immediate change in a term and/or condition is necessary to maintain or restore the security of the system or account.

By submitting your photo image through the Mission College Student Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Mission College Information Desk to have your photo taken and your Mission College ID Card produced. This Photo Upload website is provided by Mission College and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

The Mission College ID Card is your College ID card, Library card, and VTA SmartPass, all in one. The mission of Student Card Services is to support the overall mission of Mission College by offering financial, access, and identification services to the students, faculty, staff and the Board of Trustees in a manner that will significantly enhance life on, and around campus. It is our aim to provide these services in a professional and effective manner and maintain a pleasant working environment for our employees. Finally, it is our goal to be considered by others, both in and outside the college community, as an excellent department and as highly competent employees.

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Mission College ID Card.

The Mission College ID Card is proof of identity and serves as your VTA SmartPass card as well. Students will be required to use their cards in library to check out books.

By submitting this photo for your Mission College ID Card you agree this photo may be used by Mission College Admissions & Records as well as Student Health Services.

• Lost cards must be reported to the Office of Student Activities.
• The card holder is responsible for the cost of a damaged or replacement card.
• You are responsible for your Mission College ID Card use. Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose.
• Tampering of defacing your Mission College ID Card may lead to criminal charges.
